Homebodhies was born from the recognition of how our fast-paced, “modern” way of life was harming our health, our communities, and our precious planet. And so began the quest to live intentionally, joyfully, and in harmony with this beautiful Earth we get to call home.
Meet The Team

Katya
Katya is a yoga teacher, medical doctor, and lover of all things healing for the mind, body, and soul.
Transformed by yoga teachings in the foothills of the Himalayas, she travelled to the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh, India, where she completed her first Yoga Teacher Training. She has since taught in 10 countries across 3 continents, and feels immensely privileged to guide others on their own journeys of healing and transformation.
Her classes are a marriage of ancient tradition and creative expression, and a vessel for savouring the sacredness of the human experience.

Guy
After working in a number of high-turnover restaurants, Guy made the decision to transition to plant-based, sustainable cooking, creating food that takes care of us as well as our planet.
Trained as a visual artist in Berlin, he adds his artistic flair to every plate and especially enjoys conceiving novel dishes that showcase the richness of the plant kingdom.
When not cooking, Guy can be spotted in his natural habitat, riding mellow waves and sporting his signature bucket hat.

Emma
Emma doesn’t actually have a bio because she hasn’t technically agreed to be part of the team. But how great do the three photos look together!
Our values
Our mission is to promote healing for the Earth and all her precious inhabitants through sharing slow living practices, building loving community, and shifting the mainstream pace of life by making our offerings accessible to all.
