How to Sit for Meditation

There is no “right” way – the best meditation posture is the one that allows you to fully enjoy the meditation

When we picture the stereotypical “meditator”, we often conjure up an image of someone in full or half lotus, with their legs effortlessly folded like pretzels. These are merely options an not an exhaustive list, and if you have a preferred meditation posture that allows you to sit comfortably and stably upright for extended periods of time, then that is the best posture for you!
